It’s always cool to see artists doing something really amazing out of the goodness of their hearts.

Macklemore performed at Saint Michael’s College in Vermont last night. Hours before, a couple of his fans tweeted at him a special request to shout out their friend Sam at the concert. Sam was diagnosed with leukemia a few days earlier. Although he was in the hospital, he wanted to be there in spirit.

Mack took the request one step further and opted to visit him.
