Justin Bieber Can Subpoena Twitter to Identify His Sexual Assault Accusers

Remember at the end of June, Justin Bieber filed a $20 million defamation lawsuit against two anonymous women who made sexual assault allegations against him on Twitter? Well, now Justin can ask Twitter to identify who his sexual assault accusers are. A judge ruled in favor of Bieber, who asked to subpoena those who accused him of assaulting two girls in 2014. Bieber has said there is no truth to their claims and his lawyers believe that if one of the persons is revealed they’ll be able to prove their claims are false with eyewitness and photo evidence. Do you think social media should be used as evidence in the court of law?
